Your Impact
This role requires someone with strong programming skills, experience working with APIs and databases, and the ability to connect multiple platforms to improve operational efficiency.
You will work closely with our underwriting, prospect procurement, and IT teams to develop integrations, automate workflows, and optimize our data infrastructure.
What will you do:
- Develop and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems.
- Build and maintain scripts, tools, and applications to automate business processes.
- Work with APIs to connect platforms such as CRM, databases, and financial systems.
- Design and manage databases and data pipelines.
- Analyze and optimize system performance and data workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for integrations and technical processes.
Experiencia y requisitos
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Additional certifications in programming, data analytics, or system architecture are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or data engineering
- Advanced English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
- Python, SQL, R, Java
Experience working with:
- APIs and system integrations, RESTful services, Data processing and automation, Database design and management
Experience with:
- Data analysis and reporting, Workflow automation, System troubleshooting

- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am to 6:00 pm.
- Salary: $45,000 pesos per month (gross salary).
