Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator – SAP SuccessFactors
Position Summary
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the system operates effectively within a validated (GxP) environment and complies with regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 and global quality standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, supports validated systems, and collaborates with Quality, IT, and business teams to ensure system integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
- Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including roles, curricula, assignments, workflows, and notifications.
- Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance-driven training configurations.
- Support system releases and perform regression testing in coordination with IT and Quality teams.
Validated Environment & Compliance
- Maintain the LMS in a validated (GxP) environment.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including documentation (URS, FS/DS), risk assessments, and IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and maintain audit trails, documentation, and system logs.
- Support audits and inspections.
Change Management & Release Support
- Assess system changes for validation impact and support change control processes.
- Coordinate SAP SuccessFactors releases, including testing and stakeholder communication.
- Manage integrations with HRIS, SSO, and other systems.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Develop compliance and operational reports.
- Support training metrics, regulatory reporting, and system monitoring.
Experiencia y requisitos
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning administration experience.
• Direct experience operating and supporting systems in a validated (GxP) environment.
• Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and electronic record compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting audits (internal, external, regulatory).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industry.
• Experience with LMS integrations (HRIS, SSO, content providers).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management processes.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
• Experience with reporting tools within SuccessFactors or external BI tools.
