Supervisor de Diseño

1.     Supervises and validates the development of structural designs, to ensure functional and manufacturing compliance, reviewing drawings and die lines as well as authorizing final versions.

2.     Lead and organize the design team by assigning projects based on complexity to achieve a balanced workload by meeting deadlines.

3.     Coordinates with sales, prepress, production and quality to ensure the correct implementation of the design and avoid rework, material waste and production problems

4.     Optimizes costs and materials by proposing structural improvements by analyzing weights and structures without compromising performance, contributing to project profitability and commercial competitiveness.

5.     Technical support to Sales & Customers by participating in meetings and/or visits to ensure that what is sold is viable and meets expectations.

6.       Manage design changes and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure traceability, version control, and proper internal communication.

7.   Train and technically develop the design team to ensure internal and customer regulations to avoid rejections, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
