- Set clear goals and priorities for the Production group.
- Maintain appropriate headcount and staff levels to support the strategic priorities.
- Develop strategies, systems and methods for achieving the strategic priorities.
- Regularly report the results of activities to Management.
- Support the dissemination and maintenance of the company culture.
- Manage activities to implement and meet the Master Production Schedule requirements.
- Maintain production costs and expenditures to meet budget and forecast requirements.
- Manage activities to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Develop the knowledge and skill base of the Production
- Staff in support of the strategic priorities.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in medical device manufacturer up to 5 years
- Experience in Production metrics (Yield, productivity, scrap, etc)
- Experience in Production Meeting, Production Reports,
- Team Leader, Good Communication skills, English
