Customer Service - Remote Technical Support

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Pacific Time, 12 PM to 10 PM (some weekends required with prior notice)


IMPORTANT: This position follows a Pacific Time schedule from 12 PM to 10 PM and occasionally requires weekend shifts. Please apply only if you have full availability during these hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding medical and technological devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.

  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies, HIPAA, and other regulations.
  • Stay up to date on troubleshooting techniques and device functionalities.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams.
  • Assist colleagues with specific inquiries.
  • Manage assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.

Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements

  • Skills: Customer service, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity.
  • Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Education: High school diploma or technical degree.
  • Technical knowledge: Equipment testing, calibration, customer service.
  • Digital skills: Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and email applications.
  • Time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
