GENERAL FUNCTION

This position will manage the Company’s Compensation and Benefits programs for Operations in Mexico in multiple sites and business

units.

The Compensation and Benefits Sr. Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, supports talent retention, and helps foster a fair and motivating work environment.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans and job grading systems.

· Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.

· Lead the annual compensation review process including merit increases and bonuses.

· Advise HR business partners and leaders on compensation decisions for hires, promotions, and adjustments.

· Prepare reports and analyses for audits, budgeting, and management decisions.

· Maintain and update job descriptions and job evaluations.

· Manage the employee shareholding plans, including the Boost program (stock purchase) and long-term incentive (performance shares) program.

· Oversee employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and paid time off, eyeglasses, etc., including administration

· Through global brokerage advisors, evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective plans and align scheme design with organizational total rewards strategy.

· Ensure effective communication of benefit offerings to employees.

· Manage open enrollment processes and vendor relationships.

· Serve as subject matter expert for HRBPs, the business, and employees regarding the Company’s benefits.

· Partnering with the compliance, benefits, payroll and legal teams. Manage domestic and international employee mobility programs in conjunction with regional and global support teams.

Experiencia y requisitos

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance/Accounting or related discipline  8+years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

· Fluent in Spanish and English

· Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits regulations, and market analysis tools

· Demonstrated expertise in job evaluation methodologies, and deep understanding of external compensation consultant surveys & data

· Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills

· Advanced skill in Excel

· Strong leadership skills including managing others and vendor partnerships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated experience improving and simplifying processes

· Exposure to multinational or large-scale operational environments

· Familiarity with Korn Ferry Hay Group job evaluation methodology
