Descripción y detalle de las actividades

1. POSITION PURPOSE

Lead and coordinate the company’s Organizational Development, Technical Training, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture and Employee Well-being initiatives across all organizational levels.

The position will be responsible for the planning, coordination and effectiveness of the company’s training and development activities, including direct supervision of the Training Technician Lead and indirect coordination of Training Technicians.

This position will provide specialized support to the HR Supervisor while allowing the Supervisor to dedicate greater focus to broader HR responsibilities, strategic initiatives and leadership development.

A. Technical Training & Development

  • Lead the annual training strategy and training plan.
  • Coordinate technical and organizational training activities.
  • Supervise the Training Technician Lead and provide direction and priorities for the Training function.
  • Provide functional coordination of Training Technicians through the Training Technician Lead.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and other departments to identify technical competency requirements.
  • Maintain training matrices, competency records and qualification requirements.

B. Employee Engagement & Organizational Climate

  • Coordinate employee engagement and organizational climate initiatives.
  • Support departments in developing and executing action plans.

C. Organizational Development

  • Develop and coordinate organizational development initiatives for all employee levels.
  • Identify organizational and employee development needs.
  • Coordinate leadership, communication, teamwork and people-management development programs.

Experiencia y requisitos

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations or related field.

Experience:

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, with exposure to Organizational Development, Training, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and NOM-035.

Preferred:

Experience managing training teams, technical training programs, leadership development, HR digitalization and bilingual communication.
