V-Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise System Support: Provide robust technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for vital enterprise systems,
• including MSSQL databases, SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Lotus Notes, SCADA, and EDI platforms.
• Software Development & Scripting: Develop, maintain, and debug internal tools, scripts, and applications utilizing Python and C#.
• Operational Workload Management: Take over and effectively manage a designated portion of the current IT operational workload, ensuring smooth day-to-day business continuity.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate root causes of recurring problems and accelerate the closure of long-outstanding IT tickets and system bottlenecks.
• System Optimization: Proactively monitor system health, implement performance tuning, and improve overall system
• Stability and incident response capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff, department heads, and end-users to understand system needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
