Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Oversee accounting: billing, statements, ledger, payroll, AP/AR, budgeting, tax, inventory, revenue recognition.
• Partner with Operations leaders to support decisions.
• Lead and supervise the local accounting team.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strong company standing.
• Strengthen processes and communicate financial insights.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Finance master’s or MBA is a plus; major in Accounting or equivalent.
• Bilingual professional able to read, translate, converse, and write in English.
• 10+ years of industry experience and 5+ years in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; proficient verbal and written communication for reporting to upper management.
Knowledge of analysis and financial software; creativity to develop innovative solutions; ability to deliver unbiased budget expectations
