We are looking for an Application Engineer to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding industrial products and connected solutions. This position will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams to troubleshoot product applications and provide effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote communication tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to industrial products and applications.
- Assist customers with product operation, configuration, and application-related questions.
- Provide technical guidance related to electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions and troubleshooting steps to customers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams.
- Document customer issues, technical findings, and solutions.
- Identify recurring product or application issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Support connected industrial solutions and cloud-based applications.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and technical professionalism.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Advanced English level – written and spoken.
- Technical knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial controls, or pump applications.
- Experience in technical support, application engineering, product support, or customer technical service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and electrical information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
