Job Summary:
The NPI Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain. This role drives project execution from concept through production launch, meeting customer requirements, timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches.
- Manage the full NPI lifecycle, from design transfer to production ramp-up.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to ensure readiness.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product launch and production.
- Oversee APQP processes, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP submissions.
- Monitor KPIs related to launch performance (cost, quality, delivery).
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the NPI phase.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in NPI, project management, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and quality systems.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive, electronics, or related industries preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Additional Requirements:
- Valid U.S. visa (laser visa).
- Availability to travel (domestic and international).
