Develop the Daily production Schedule.
• Close communication to Internal Customers.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goals
• Executes, Monitors and analyzes, Past due, on time delivery, Attainment, adherence to production plans reports
• Look for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented)
• Coordinates requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts so that the shortest possible delay occurs for customers
• Identify and resolve any production issues or delays, solve a variety of problems that may arise, including but not limited to, rejected parts, purchased parts availability, capacity and throughout constraints, and change in customer demands and service levels.
• Generate and present production reports to management team
• Collaborates with the IT team and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systems.
• Creation of what-if scenario
Experiencia y requisitos
Requires a bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience on Inventory Control.
• Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Employee must possess good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to take a proactive approach and take ownership for all activities related to the success of the factory to ensure successful operations.
• Must have computer experience with office, and MRP/ERP systems.
