General Mission
To apply advanced engineering principles and analytical techniques to the design and development of high-performance products, components, and prototypes. The Product Engineer will bridge the gap between initial concepts and mass production, ensuring technical excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Design & Specification: Create detailed design specifications for complex products and components using CAD software and engineering tools.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex design challenges and formulate robust engineering solutions to ensure product reliability.
- Project Execution: Perform R&D tasks at a project level, proactively identifying technical roadblocks and proposing actionable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, legal, and safety teams to align on specifications, regulatory compliance, and production output.
- Quality & Optimization: Support the plant in addressing customer claims, reducing scrap, and optimizing manufacturing processes for new and existing designs.
- Prototyping: Develop and test concept prototypes, applying rigorous analytical techniques to validate performance.
Candidate Profile
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA).
Professional Experience
- +5 years of experience in product engineering or R&D environments.
- Proven track record in analyzing complex design problems and implementing engineering solutions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically dealing with scrap reduction and quality control.
Languages
- English: Advanced (C1 level preferred) for international technical collaboration.
- Spanish: Native or bilingual.
