Objective:

Coordinate the department’s operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; make decisions and manage conflicts; and monitor metrics.

Experiencia y requisitos

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategies and initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders across the organization.

• Support a high-performance culture.

• Monitor the department’s metrics.

• Coordinate with the NAPS legal department to manage labor issues, collective bargaining agreements, lawsuits, etc.

• Develop, update, and align HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation across all other departments.

• Monitor training for new hires in the department.

• Oversee the hiring process for indirect staff (job requests, proposals, offers, DC3 forms, and system registration).

• Responsible for updating job descriptions.

• Termination of contracts due to violations of the Internal Regulations (RIT) or upon expiration of the term.

• Monitoring leaders and supervisors to ensure proper application of the Internal Regulations (RIT) and the complaints system.

• Coordinating activities for the annual program of motivational events.

• Implementing and monitoring the annual training, development, and productivity plan.

• Participation in and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.

• Ensuring employee services such as transportation and the cafeteria.

• Liaising with and monitoring the company’s union.

• Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with the various vendors that provide services to the HR department.

• Participation in and monitoring of projects, career plans, social security, and HR continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• +5 years of HR experience.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.

• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.

• Advanced level of English.

• Proficiency in the TRESS system.
