Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, logistics, retail, or service industries.
