Drive effective execution of HR strategies that are closely aligned with business objectives, serving as a tactical in-country HR Partner. This role ensures seamless integration and delivery across all Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Employee Relations, and Shared Services initiatives, while maintaining full compliance with both local regulations and global HR policies.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Operational Excellence in HR Execution: Recognized for implementing standardized, HR frameworks and service delivery models. Experience in embedding HR processes and systems while thinking end to end.
• Business Partnering: Trusted advisor to local leadership, translating business strategy into actionable HR plans that drive performance, engagement, and talent development. Trusted HR representative who supports the enterprise HR function to present the one face of HR.
• Change Leadership & Cultural Stewardship: Experience in impacting culture through inclusive, innovative engagement initiatives
• Stakeholder & Influence Management: Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional leadership teams, building consensus among functional leaders, and driving accountability in fast-paced, high stakes environments. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and execute with clarity and impact.
• Competence in software applications relating to human resources such as case management systems and Workday is preferred along with the suite of Microsoft Office products.
