Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing transportation, inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor overall logistics strategies and operations.
- Manage transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze data to improve logistics performance and efficiency.
- Lead and develop the logistics team.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Valid laser visa (border crossing card).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
