Summary Description

The selected candidate will act as the General Management Representative, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Policy.

This role requires overseeing that all internal processes comply with established quality standards and align with the strategic objectives defined by top management.

The candidate will also be in charge of guaranteeing full compliance with customer requirements, promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organization. This includes monitoring performance indicators, coordinating audits, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are carried out effectively.

Additionally, the position involves facilitating communication between management and operational teams, ensuring that quality-related expectations are clearly understood and consistently met.
