Sr. Quality Engineer

Position Summary   

• To lead and to manage the staff of the quality production department in favouring a teamwork, an active contribution to the improvement of the results and a daily commitment for the customer.
• To implement the quality policy of the company and of the production site. To ensure that this policy is understood and respected at any level of the plant organization.
• Quality representative within production, who represents the customer voice, ensures product / process conformity in accordance with the control plan, and confirms conformity to the customer specific requirements and MMS standards in operations.
• Represents the customer voice and ensures the respect of the customer specific requirements within the plant and is the interface between customers and internal other functions on quality matters.
