Role‑Specific Qualifications Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and/or systems engineering. 5+ years in a leadership or senior technical role. Recognized expertise in quality engineering, reliability, electronic assembly, and test processes. Ability to lead complex problem‑solving and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working with metrics and tools such as SPC, FMEA, DPMO, FPY, and Six Sigma. Experience IPC 610******
