O - Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are available to meet production/shipment targets and are kept within planned budget requirements. Also to ensure material is delivered in a timely and effective manner to production, to ensure continuous flow and capacity utilization. P - Responsible for managing warehouse costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings. They analyze operative data to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement. Q - Communicate effectively with production, supply chain teams, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure that production and procurement plans are aligned and fully supported. R – Travel when necessary. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Warehouse management, supply chain management, international business, Industrial or applicable career. Advanced knowledge in SAP warehouse operations. Experience material/service processing in SAP. Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze warehouse data and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations related to warehouse processes. Knowledge on quality systems, preferably ISO9001, health and safety regulations and personnel training/development. Proven English B level. Experience in direct/indirect management and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including effective communication, conflict resolution, adaptability, team building, problem solving, accountability, and decision making. Demonstrated expertise in leadership with a strong focus on developing teams. Proven ability to provide guidance, foster continuous professional growth, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
