Customs Compliance Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs, International Business, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customs Trade Compliance within manufacturing environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of IMMEX Programs, VAT & IEPS Certification, Annex 24, Annex 30, VUCEM, and applicable foreign trade regulations. Solid understanding and interpretation of Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations, and General Foreign Trade Rules. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Experience managing audits, responding to government authorities, and handling regulatory compliance matters. Effective project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Proven leadership abilities, including team development, coaching, mentoring and conflict resolution. Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and compliance-oriented approach.
