Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering field and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or management role, including direct responsibility for managing and developing a team of direct reports. English Proficiency. Evidence of English proficiency (e.g., certifications such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent experience in professional environments) will be considered an advantage. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets, utilize advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested formulas), develop pivot tables, and create data visualizations (e.g., charts and graphs) to track performance metrics, manage capacity planning, and support operational decision-making. Qualifications We Preferred: Preferably with professional experience in the electronics sector or in roles within technology-driven industries, including manufacturing, electronics design, or related fields Proven experience working with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) regulatory certifications and standards, such as FAA, EASA, or other equivalent aviation authority requirements, including hands-on involvement in ensuring compliance, preparing for audits, or managing certification processes Experience with SAP.
