SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance, International Business or a related field. · Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is preferred. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory roles, with a focus on international regulations. · In-depth knowledge of international compliance laws and best practices (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, OFAC). · Experience with compliance audits and monitoring within a multinational environment. · Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations and industry standards. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on regulatory requirements. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and external regulators. · Proficiency in compliance management software and tools. · Attention to detail and a high degree of integrity and ethics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Fluent English/Spanish (writing & reading) · Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) relevant to the organization.
