Project Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment. 2+ years of experience managing CAPEX projects, including budget control and project close-out. Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for layout design and modification. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED) and continuous improvement tools. Experience with project management tools (Gantt charts, budget tracking, risk assessment) and formal project closure documentation. Solid understanding of safety and quality standards (ISO, OHSAS, or equivalent) and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with maintenance, production, quality, safety, and procurement departments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Availability for daily internal travel within the plant and external travel to supplier sites and other company facilities. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (if company transportation is not provided). Flexibility to adjust work hours for critical project needs (equipment startups, validations, out-of-hours supervision). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (technical) is desirable. Experience with MES systems, SAP, or data analytics tools is a plus. Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or related is a plus.
