Required Skills and Experience Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Advanced English language skills (verbal and written). Extensive experience and knowledge in: Customs legal framework, including customs regime operations, general rules of foreign trade, and virtual/definitive/temporary operations. Recordkeeping requirements. Data analysis and reporting from Customs Inventory System (Annex 24). Scrap management and exportation. Customs clearance and international logistics/transportation. Import/export operations for equipment, spare parts, raw materials, finished goods, and scrap. FDA & COFEPRIS controls and regulatory compliance. Resolving issues with service providers. Addressing customs requests and inquiries. Equipment inventory management and tracking. Operations under VAT, AEO, and CTPAT certifications. High-volume logistics operations. Required Education and Training Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles within customs/logistics operations. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field. Experience with IMMEX, HTS classification, and ERP systems. Strong leadership and analytical skills. Working Conditions Access to areas where appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including footwear, eye protection, and other safety gear as necessary.
