1. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written). 2. Valid U.S. Visa for travel to the U.S. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. 4. 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 5. Strong background in textile manufacturing, furniture production, quilting, and cut-and-sew processes. 6. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. 7. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 8. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. 9. Ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations.
