Working Experience Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for handling international accounts and local plant operations; familiarity with cross-cultural business practices in Asia is highly valued. - Minimum Experience : 3–5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or account management within a manufacturing environment.Electronics, PCB, or related. - Sustaining & NPI Experience: Proven track record handling both front-end project development/transfers and back-end continuous mass production cycles. - International Exposure : E xperience collaborating with overseas teams (specifically China/Asia) and managing the transfer and scale-up of products to local Mexican facilities. - Commercial Background: Strong background in handling customer-facing commercial topics, including order fulfillment, supply chain logistics, and accounts receivable/payment tracking. Technical Skills - Global Supply Chain & Systems: Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and international logistics/shipment tracking. - Project Planning Tools: Proficiency with MS Project, Excel (advanced data analysis, pivot tables, forecasting data), or equivalent scheduling software.
