Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing environments. Knowledge of NOM standards (if applicable), ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS9100 requirements. Experience conducting safety training and incident investigations. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
