TRAINING MANAGER

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources) is preferred. • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, and quality standards. • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. • Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems, and multimedia tools. • Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. • Strong knowledge and experience with local and national labor laws and labor relations • Experience in high profile, high visibility roles with heavy executive- level interface and influence • Experience working in a large U.S. based, matrixed organization • Ability to analyze and present data to effectively influence data driven business decisions Key Relationships • Head of HR, NA Supply Chain • Heads of Operations • Site Leadership Teams • Divisional HR Leadership Team • Site HR Teams
