Required Skills and Experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or equipment role. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • English 80% read, written, and spoken. • Manufacturing process experience includes equipment experience, support and troubleshooting. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Necessary to engage with technicians, production management, product development, planning, purchasing and different organizations across the company. Refurbishment engineering process • ECO change orders • Knowledge and execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Agile programs. • Experience on Equipment, Fixtures and Tools specification, documentation, procurement, maintenance, qualification, and implementation. Required Education and Training • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronic engineering, industrial engineering or similar preferred. • Travel: Position may require 5% travel, primarily within the United States. Working Conditions • None • Experience monitoring and reporting equipment performance, including downtime tracking, event reporting, and coordination with MRP system transactions or status updates
