Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Systems) or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (recognized internal program or reputable external body). 4–7 years of experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or CI (internships/co-ops acceptable). Demonstrated experience applying structured problem-solving and leading improvement work (projects, capstones, internships, prior roles). Familiarity with process capability, SPC, FMEA, DOE, PFMEA/Control Plans, or similar quality tools. Experience facilitating kaizen events and training others in Lean/CI methods. Exposure to ERP/MES systems and data extraction/reporting. Experience training and mentoring LSS principles.
