Completion of required safety and workplace compliance training (e.g., EHS, PPE, equipment operation) as applicable to the role. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior experience SAP and procurement platforms. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written (approximately 80% proficiency). Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing teams. Experience supporting internal audits and managing nonconformities (NCs/NCRs), including documentation and follow-up. Familiarity with logistics forecasting, staffing projections, and resource planning.
