What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role focused on lead generation and sales growth. Experience working with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable improvements. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Track record of meeting or supporting lead generation and growth targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, etc.) are a plus. What We Offer: Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm $60,000 pesos per month (gross salary) + commissions based on performance. Paid online English courses for language development.
