Education/Certifications · A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business, or related discipline is required. · Master’s degree in human resources or labor Relations preferred Experience 3-5 years Operations/Production HR leadership experience a plus. · 7-10 years’ experience in human resources is desired with the role of increasing responsibility.
