Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA/CMA qualification is preferred. 5+ years of experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with financial reporting tools. IFS and Tagetik is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of México, including local GAAP and IFRS. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience managing a team of finance professionals. Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written. Other languages considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details, result-oriented, curious, flexible, communicative and reliable. Ability to under pressure and meet tight deadlines Personal and professional integrity of the highest order.
