Responsible for continuously delivering an efficient operation and layout of the warehouse by optimizing DC processes in the respective operations areas; stores, inventory control, kitting, picking, and shipping utilizing a 6S methodology Collaborates with internal stakeholders and seeks feedback to continually exceed and enhance the customer experience. Responsible for ensuring visual boards and reporting standards are maintained to ensure KPIs is in line with business requirements providing visibility and guidance for on-site tactical operations team and business stakeholders. Contributes to the conceptual design, communication and implementation of procedures, processes, tools and applications as related to new and existing business information systems. Manages, coaches and develops key leaders within the distribution center, provides direction, performs issue resolution, and sets deadlines to ensure activities are completed timely. Ensures a work environment which provides for team spirit, quality work, safety and staff maintains consistent compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Recruit, train, and provide developmental opportunities for employees to ensure a motivated and productive work team. A Bachelor’s Degree and work experience of at least 6 years in Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Logistics, and/or, Supply Chain Management within the area of electronics or, aviation-manufacturing environment is required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 10 years of Operations experience is required. Previous experience using a high-level ERP/MRP system is mandatory. Technical and functional experience with business information systems is mandatory. Experience with Oracle Applications is preferred. Direct personnel management experience required. Professional Certification CPIM/CSCP, APICS highly desired. Change Management Certification is a definite plus. Must have multi-location experience. Must hold Valid US Visa

Systems Installation Engineer II - Electrical - Foránea

Design and develop in-flight entertainment electrical, mechanical, and seat installation engineering documentation to support airline customer’s requirements. Documentation includes aircraft wiring diagrams, cable assemblies, wire removal drawings, electrical load analysis reports, seat configuration, structural and wire installation drawings etc. Possess an understanding of airline regulatory guidelines and design requirements for aircraft wiring. BSEE, BSME or other relevant Engineering discipline. 3-6 years’ of electrical/mechanical/seat design experience in the aircraft industry. Knowledgeable of avionic component parts utilized in the design and manufacture of cable assemblies and sheet metal brackets (i.e. connectors, contacts, wire types, sheet metal materials, finish etc.). Ability to apply knowledge of avionic structural/wiring/seat design to develop unique system solutions. Familiarity with AutoCAD, CATIA, PRO-E or other design software experience. Proficient in developing and implementing test methods and procedures. Solid understanding of aircraft and avionic terms. Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects. Proficient in project planning and has the ability to plan for internal and/or external dependencies. Use professional concepts; apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Electronic Engineering field. Use clearly demonstrable skills as an experienced professional within the Systems Installation Engineering field. Must be capable of clearly identifiable contributions to the success of a product or project. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both written and verbally.
