Manufacturing Systems Engineer (MES & Shop Floor Systems)

Experience Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or shop floor applications in a manufacturing environment. Experience with SQL Server administration , database troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong experience in software configuration, scripting, or application development. Experience supporting Windows Server environments and manufacturing applications. Experience integrating MES with ERP systems and production equipment. Proven experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing systems in a high-volume production environment. Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Experience providing technical support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment . Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering , or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor systems. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, troubleshooting, and database management). Knowledge of Windows Server Administration . Programming experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell , or similar languages. Experience with MES platforms such as DVI, SFC , or equivalent manufacturing systems is highly preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production routing, sequencing, and process automation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to participate in after-hours support , scheduled maintenance, and on-call rotations when required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus. Project management experience is considered an advantage.
