Operational Supervision Oversee multiple production lines or departments to ensure daily targets are met Monitor performance against KPIs such as output, efficiency, scrap, and downtime Ensure compliance with production schedules and customer commitments Coordinate resources and manpower across shifts or areas Leadership & Team Management Supervise and support Process Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement Support workforce planning, attendance management, and discipline Continuous Improvement Drive and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, standard work) Identify improvement opportunities across processes and workflows Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and work instructions Support resolution of quality issues and participate in corrective actions Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production activities Safety & Workplace Culture Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies Promote a zero-incident safety culture Ensure clean, organized, and compliant work areas Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams Support production readiness for new product introductions (NPI) Communicate effectively with management on production status and risks Education Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Technical degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations 2–4 years in a supervisory or leadership role Technical Skills Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, standard work) Production KPIs (efficiency, OEE, scrap, downtime) Root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone) Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
