Assistant Facilities Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities, Industrial Maintenance, Utilities, or Infrastructure Management within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing facilities, maintenance, or technical teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure. Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, facility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure improvements. Experience developing and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Experience managing contractors, vendors, and external service providers. Knowledge of industrial safety, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in Medical Device, Electronics, Automotive, or High-Volume Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
