Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Security Management, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) highly preferred. Experience Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven track record in implementing safety/security programs and achieving compliance with local and international regulations. Experience leading audits, inspections, investigations, and supervising security teams. Strong background in employee training, security operations, and crisis management. Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental, and physical security regulations. Leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams of security guards and safety staff. Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset. Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain calm under pressure. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
