cBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in electric motor assembly or similar industries. Proven leadership experience supervising production teams. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment used in electric motor manufacturing. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
