Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or Organizational Development is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager role within a manufacturing environment. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, labor relations, employment regulations, and government compliance requirements. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration. Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing HR teams. Experience managing HR budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., TRESS, SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, Paylocity, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
