Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, and purchasing processes. • Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred). • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. • English proficiency (written and verbal) approximately 90% or higher. • Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. • Experience supporting sheet metal, fabrication, electronics, or industrial manufacturing operations. • Experience supporting customer ramps and new product introductions. • Knowledge of supplier performance metrics and KPI management KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) • Supplier On-Time Delivery ≥ 95% • Purchase Order Acknowledgement Compliance ≥ 98% • Material Availability for Production ≥ 98% • ERP Data Accuracy ≥ 98% • Open PO Management Current & Accurate • Inventory Optimization & Reduction Targets • Supplier Response Time < 24 Hours • Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement Participation • Shortage Resolution & Escalation Effectiveness • Support of Customer Delivery and Production Commitments SUCCESS PROFILE The successful candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
