Planning Manager

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Master´s Degree desirable 10+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience. Experience in a cross-border manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Plex, or a comparable platform. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Just-in-Time, and continuous-improvement methods. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production or inventory reporting tools. Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, preferably in a company with international customers or operations. Availability to work flexible hours when business or production requirements demand it. Preferred Qualifications Certification in APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or a similar supply-chain discipline. Experience with S&OP or integrated business planning. Experience implementing or improving ERP/MRP systems. Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, consumer products, or another regulated manufacturing sector. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant management systems. Experience with import/export processes and manufacturing operations involving international supply chains.
