BSEE, or other relevant Engineering discipline. 1-3 years of electrical/seat design experience in the aircraft industry. Knowledgeable in understanding of aircraft and avionic terms. Exercise knowledge and flexibility to develop and support installation designs and other data to maintain department's CAD database. Ability to support calculations for aircraft analysis reports and interface requirements. Ability to link multiple drawings to databases and the document control system. Ability to work in a team environment and accept required roles and responsibilities. Knowledge of Auto CAD, CATIA, Pro-E, or other design software experience is a plus. Ability to plan engineering activities to perform assigned tasks. Learn to use professional concepts while applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Generally applies existing practices and procedures to analyze situations or data. Advanced English 90% (Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both written and verbally.) Visa Mandatory: This position requires up to 25% domestic or international travel to support coordination meetings and program reviews at manufacturers.
