Qualifications Required for Effective Performance Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (not required). 1+ year of experience in import/export, logistics, or administrative roles preferred. Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level required). Basic understanding of customs processes, IMMEX, or international shipping is a plus. Skills and Abilities: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. High level of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). Working Conditions Office-based position in Tijuana, B.C. Interaction with global logistics and trade compliance teams across North America. Training and professional development will be provided by the global logistics department.
