Minimum 5-7 years plant management experience. Some project management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field or five years plant/general management experience including LEAN in a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of LEAN tools to teach, create, implement, and sustain in a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to coach, mentor, develop, and lead team members. Experience and ability to run a P&L manufacturing business. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
