D365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst

Requirements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ERP ecosystems. Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and MRP modules. Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes: finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, production, and planning. Proven experience with MRP execution, production planning, and master planning within D365 F&O. Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Knowledge of data migration, conversions, and system integration techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent client relationship skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders at all levels. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to document processes, create functional specifications, and translate business needs into system solutions. Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on ERP experience with at least 2+ years in D365 F&O.
