Most important qualifications — execution profile: strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, a customer service mindset, communication skills, organization, and the ability to follow up effectively on multiple activities simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 1-3 years of experience in Mexican Customs, IMMEX operations, import/export processes, logistics, or related areas. Experience supporting shipments between Mexico, the United States, and international destinations. Familiarity with domestic transportation and logistics operations within Mexico. Basic understanding of customs broker processes, pedimentos, and import/export documentation. Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and transportation providers. Ability to review and validate customs documentation for accuracy and completeness. Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills. Fluency in Spanish and English required.
