What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, chemical, or manufacturing industry is a plus. Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities. Intermediate to advanced English, approximately 70% conversational and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience is a plus. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with cost analysis, pricing, or margin management. Experience managing commercial or customer projects. Knowledge of the automotive industry or manufacturing environment.
