Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in injection molding process development, optimization, and validation. Proven track record applying Scientific Injection Molding (SIM) principles in a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Design of Experiments (DOE), process characterization, and statistical analysis tools. Extensive experience developing processes for high-precision, tight-tolerance plastic components. Experience with thin-walled molding applications such as pipette tips, vials, or microfluidic devices preferred. Knowledge of polymer flow simulation software (e.g., Moldflow, Sigmasoft) is a plus. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, life sciences, or pharma) is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in spoken and written English required Keys to Success Education Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
